Positive: This is a great hotel in an excellent location with a car park underneath. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, and also very friendly. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hotel is well situated for the City Centre attractions (Porta Nigra, Museum, Cathedral etc).

Negative: Everything exceeded expectations.

Summary: Highly recommended for anyone wanting a good hotel in the City Centre
