Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: All staff are outstanding, really pleasant and helpful. The fridge in the room is useful, and it's great to have a kettle for hot drinks rather than the coffee machines they used to have which meant we couldn't have tea in the past. The shower is excellent; hot and powerful. The breakfast is very good; although some of the gluten free bread came out hard the staff were lovely and replaced it with a different type immediately. The location is superb: close to restaurants and a shopping mall with a good supermarket, and a lovely park for fresh air after a journey.

Negative: We have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times, including when it was owned by a different company but we were still given a room overlooking the busy road rather than a lovely park view. The weekend breakfast service doesn't start till 7am now which delayed our journey start.

Summary: We look forward to our return to this hotel
