Positive: The location of the hotel was amazing. You have to take the ferry to reach the hotel but the hotel provides you a ferry pass so you can go back and forth without paying. Particularly for breakfast, my husband and I do not drink coffee but we love hot chocolate and they had this available during breakfast, no extra charge which was great. The staff was super! The pool and spa was amazing. After climbing up and down the Bastei, it was the perfect relaxing thing to do.

Negative: The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The shower had a motion activating light which was odd. I had to do a lap in the shower to turn the light on every 30 seconds.

Summary: Fantastic location with a wonderful staff and accommodations
