Before check-in, it is a legal requirement to send the full names, identity documents and information that will be requested from all guests. In addition, this information is required to activate the protection insurance included with your reservation. Without this registration, we won't be able to allow entry.
2. Coexistence and responsible use of the space policy:
It is strictly forbidden to hold electronic parties or events with loud music. This is a space for rest, nature and tranquility. You can share with your group, listen to music at a moderate volume and enjoy responsibly.
The use, possession, or distribution of hallucinogenic or psychoactive substances is not permitted, in accordance with the provisions of the Colombian Penal Code (Law 599 of 2000, articles 375 to 384).
No pets allowed, except those that must enter by legal provision (assistance animals). They will always be welcome, with prior notice and corresponding documentation.
Minors are not allowed to enter without their parents or legal guardians, who must prove this relationship with documents. We strongly support Law 679 of 2001 against child exploitation, pornography and sex tourism.
