Positive: The sauna complex was just amazing. The breakfast was also fairly variable. Plenty of parking places, and located very close to the town of Zittau. We stayed in a standard room only, but definitely worth the price.

Negative: There are fitness facilities advertised on Booking.com, but none available - we were told that the fitness room will open next year first.
