Positive: WOW! We had the best time staying at Seehotel Hartung & Ferienappartements. Arriving to this wonderful tranquil spot was like something out of a different world - so stunning! The rooms all face the mountains and lake, which were surrounded by snow and looked like a postcard. The area is full of great places to eat and drink, but also is incredibly peaceful. The hotel had lovely rooms, and the breakfast service was so friendly, with local produce of exceptional quality! We had the most incredible service from Franciscka, who helped us arrange a table at a restaurant in advance (we were unable to call from the UK and they only took reservations by phone). Also, when I had a medical issue, she also helped me find a solution locally. Its rare to be so wowed! I just wished we had stayed longer! We shall have to go back :)
