In the basement there is another sleeping area (for 4 persons) with its own bathroom. All bedrooms are suitable for 2 persons (2 single beds of 90x200 or a double bed of 180x200 - with separate mattresses).
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge / freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The utility room has an extra fridge, washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating. The living room has a fireplace. The large (salt water) swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious garden with several terraces and has sea views. Outside is a BBQ / fireplace and there are plenty of parking spaces. The swimming pool can be heated in the early or late season at an additional cost.
