Summary: I arrived without a Swiss outlet compatible adapter. I enquired if they might know as to where I could purchase one, and the clerk supplied me with one until I could buy one the next morning. I also asked about suggestions for meals, sight-seeing, and general information, and was kindly helped during my stay. Being located just across from the Bahnhof and so close to the Cathedral, makes this hotel a perfect choice when staying in Skt. Gallen. Wonderful breakfast buffet options!
