Summary: The service at reception was very slow. We ended up being helped by a very helpful guy. But the one who welcomed us was rude and unhelpful, even getting into an argument with another guest about the service level. Everything else about the hotel was great. We didn’t stay for breakfast (booking made me put a score!) but the hotel room smelt nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was well equipped and modern. We were given free parking as we had to wait so long at reception which was really appreciated.
