Positive: Wonderful spa facilities. Spa staff superb- friendly, professional, efficient.

Negative: Reception staff lacking basic customer service skills (blamed wrong room facilities on Booking.com, didn't greet in morning). Set a bad tone. Restaurant food very average-tasting. Quantities tiny. The whole place feels like it's aspiring to be something it really isn't. Social media shows great photos, but quality isn't there.
