Positive: The room is excellent. really well designed, bed was awesome, cleaned very well, the desk is a nice touch, chair was great, shower excellent. really, really good experience and the best room at this level I have been in. Giant screen at the pool was very good too. The restaurant at the top is nice., The staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Every member of staff I came across was very professional and polite, and Sunanda on the front desk was exceptional. It was a great stay and I would come back for sure.

Negative: Well, the breakfast is just OK. The cheese is a bit limp, the omelettes were nice. there is just about enough choice but the coffee from the coffee machine is absolutely awful. probably the worst coffee I have had anywhere, I think you seriously need to change it. I am not sure there was any coffee coming out? or maybe the machine needs cleaning, not sure. There is good coffee in the coffee shop though so go there. The pool gets covered throughout the day by the giant hotel they have built on front of you blocking the sun. that's not your fault and nothing you can do about! You just need to keep moving chairs. The gym is pretty average. It is too small for a hotel of this size and caliber. no rowing machine, weights are on that deadly x rack that is designed to trap fingers but you do get towels and water.
