Summary: No lift to room. 4 flights of stairs. Room was hot and stuffy (stayed in December) and tired. Very average room. Breakfast was ok, server had no idea about coeliac and gluten free options. This isn’t acceptable and was surprising as most places now very aware of allergens etc. Our daughter ended up with a limited choice and still charged full price. When we checked out the receptionist didn’t ask how our stay was or show any interest. We didn’t even get a goodbye. Wouldn’t stay here again
