Summary: Heavy traffic noise from main A road immediately outside, although constant only at rush-hour, and not so bad at night. Double glazing helped but the hot summer weather meant that even with the supplied fan the window had to remain open. Otherwise good value for money, a comfortable stay and a good base for the many local attractions.
