Summary: The room was not clean and showed a lot of wear. The mattress felt like a pullout couch - there was something in the center - maybe 2 smaller mattresses pushed together? But it sloped and creaked. I was honestly astounded. The worst mattress I've ever slept on. When I asked to switch rooms, the person I spoke with was unprofessional and rude. Would never stay here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid.
