Summary: A couples weekend in London, we saw there was an offer through hotels.com and went for it. Staff were very friendly. We'd arrived before check in on the assumption we would just drop our bags into storage and come back after a quick explore around South Kensington. As it was, our room was ready and we were able to drop our gear off and refresh before heading out. Very pleased with the breakfast and service during this time. Also the bar/lounge area was very well set up and service was exemplary. My wife used the swimming pool and was very pleased. The only hiccup being that she and my mother-in-law (who also stayed over on the Saturday night..) inadvertently wandered into the men's changing room without realising it. Luckily there were no casualties!! Would recommend this hotel for it's service and it's location for sites like the museums, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. We would definitely consider staying again.
