Summary: Lovely room, nicely decorated. Clean. Warm. Nice products. Spa was also great, the hot tub however was luke warm and as guests cant put wood in, you'd have to walk back inside to ask soembody, surely staff should should be checling this stuff. Another thing is so many used towels were left on the beds after people left meaning nobody knew if they could use the bed or not, again staff should be on top of this. Breakfast room was lovely, good selection. The tea was horrid though. Staff were really slow to serve drinks in the afternoon but were friendly . Over all had a great time and have recommended to friends, just a few staff issues to iron out
