Summary: It was freezing due to a lack of heating. I had to chase up several times to get the heating switched on. No hangars in the wardrobe and I had to chase up fresh cups, glasses and coffee etc for the 2nd morning. Also needed to ask for fresh towels as the first lot were unable to dry properly due to the room being so cold.
