Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice, convenient area of town. Booked for a clients mum. She liked it.

Negative: Staff were not responsive to emails. Apparently, emails were not manned over the Christmas. Sold a room while confused as to availability of space. Client was stood out till other occupants opened the door for her. Confusion, I think it was due to the booking being done at festive season.
