Summary: The elevator broke down afer 1 night and being on the 5th floor this was not fun for me. I ordered a suite expecting to get a sitting area and got another bed. Everything was very dated and the jacuzzi jets in bathtub did not work. No effort was made from the hotel to contact people about the elevator or offer a room on lower floors. Generally reception staff spent their time outside smoking and not paying attention to reception. When asked about elevetor they said repair man would come next day but nothing happened during my stay. Only bright spot was the steak house aound the corner and the location in general.
