Inside, the generous master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, Smart TV, and a spacious en suite with large double shower. The second bedroom offers twin beds and its own Smart TV, making it ideal for children or guests. A separate family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower.
The large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing and socialising, with comfy sofas and a huge 65” Smart TV – ideal for movie nights. The fully fitted kitchen includes everything you need, from a coffee machine and microwave to a dishwasher and washer.
Keeping everyone entertained is easy thanks to the upgraded games area featuring an air hockey/pool table/table tennis/dining combo and retro diner-style seating, along with a classic arcade games machine.
Patio doors lead to a beautifully arranged private outdoor space. Under a fixed steel gazebo, you’ll find comfy corner sofas and a dart board, creating an inviting outdoor living room feel. The space also includes our signature Raywell Cabana Day Bed, a BBQ area, and bespoke dining furniture for al fresco meals. A private outdoor hot tub, surrounded by festoon lighting, provides the perfect finishing touch for relaxing evenings.
