Summary: We were not advised that breakfast closed at 0900 hrs We arrived just after 0900 to find things being cleared away etc We had paid for breakfast via the hotels.com website and so the hotel was not able to issue a refund In respect of the room - it was clearly thought acceptable to be offered room with a dehumidifier to try and get rid of the damp smell. We eventually were allocated another room but why was it acceptable to be allocated a damp musty room in the first place
