Please note that zermatt is a car-free village. guests can park their car in täsch (garage parking) and continue to zermatt by train or taxi, a complimentary transfer service from and to the train station is offered to all guests on their arrival and departure day. please inform the property about your arrival time in advance. please note that the extra bed prices may vary according to season. please contact the property directly for further information. contact details are stated in the booking confirmation, when booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply, renovation alpine chic rooms, until mid-december we are renovating all alpine chic rooms with a complete new look. the entire side of the hotel above the bar will therefore be closed, the spa, restaurant, bar and smoking lounge stay open as per usual. some construction noise will be expected, renovation work will be done weekdays, during business hours.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
