Summary: Really nice hotel in the heart of Baixa. New and well-maintained. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety. Coffee, water and cakes are available all day for hotel guests free of charge. The room was clean. The only negative I would like to mention is the ventilation in the hotel. In our room, we constantly had the smell of food from the restaurant coming through the ventilation. The same goes for the breakfast area — the smell of fried food gets into your clothes, which is not pleasant if you have a meeting or are going somewhere afterwards. But my high rating goes to the service, food, cleaning and hospitality.
